a) User-Generated Content:

• Content created within the App, including but not limited to virtual worlds, character designs, and storylines;
• Interactive conversations with AI-generated characters;
• User preferences and settings.

b) Technical Information:

• Device-specific information;
• Application performance data;
• Network connectivity status;
• Error logs and debugging information.

2. Service Requirements

2.1. Internet Connectivity: The App requires a stable internet connection to function properly. Users are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity and any associated data charges imposed by their service providers.

2.2. Subscription Services: The App offers the following service tiers:

a) Free Tier: Provides limited access to basic features.

b) Merse Unlimited:

• Price: $6.99 USD per week;
• Includes unlimited access to all features;
• Subscription management and billing are handled through the Apple App Store;
• Cancellation and refund policies are governed by Apple's terms of service.

3. Content Policy

3.1. Public Content: Users acknowledge and agree that worlds created within the App are publicly accessible by default. The Company reserves the right to moderate and remove public content at its sole discretion.

3.2. Private Content: Chat histories and character interactions remain private to the user who created them.

3.3. Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, or generating:

• Content of an explicit sexual nature (NSFW);
• Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups;
• Content containing hate speech, racism, homophobia, or other forms of discriminatory material;
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3.4. Enforcement: The Company reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these guidelines;
• Suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms;
• Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1. Data Storage: All user data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption protocols.

4.2. No Backups: The Company does not maintain backup copies of user data. Users are responsible for maintaining any desired copies of their content.

4.3. Account Deletion: Users may permanently delete their account and associated data through the App's interface. Upon deletion:

• All user data will be permanently removed;
• Public worlds will be deleted;
• This process cannot be reversed.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

5.1. The Company shares data with third parties only as necessary to provide the App's services:

• AI service providers for content generation;
• Analytics providers for service improvement;
• Cloud storage providers for data management.

5.2. The Company does not sell, rent, or lease user personal information to third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

6.1. Age Restriction: The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 must obtain verifiable parental consent before using the App.

6.2. Parental Rights: Parents or legal guardians may review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information by contacting us.
